Mel Gibson Gets More Custody

The judge dealing with visitation and custody in the Mel & Oksana case has decided to follow the agreement that the two of them came to during the 20 million dollar payoff deal. Although Oksana only signed the short draft and not the final, the judge is sticking to what it says, at least for the time being.
That means that Mel, who currently has Lucia only 20% of the time will get her 40% of the time once she turns a year old on Oct 30, 2010. According to their agreement, in exchange for $20 million of Mel’s money, Oksana was going to give Mel 80% custody and she would only have 20%.
So, Mel apparently beats her, hits his child, terrorizes the entire family, and yet, she agreed to basically hand over custody to this guy for 20 million. As a parent, Oksana rates about a negative million in my book. As a parent your ultimate responsibility is the safety and well being of your child. If they are, or were in danger, you don’t even THINK about that person having access to your child, let alone giving them custody.

How do we say this nicely. Ok, we can’t! Since Tiger’s marriage broke up over his multiple affairs he can’t get his golf game together. Tiger is no longer fighting for first place, but rather fighting to stay out of last place. Sometimes you have to pay the piper! Losing tournaments not only means you don’t take home the big paydays, but no one wants to sponsor or have a spokesperson who is a loser. This entire thing has knocked him down several notches, not just personally, but professional. It was needed.

Montana Fishburne A Prostitute?
August 8th, 2010 DM Staff Word has it that Laurence Fishburne’s daughter was arrested in Hollywood in November 2009 for charges of prostitution or solicitation. She pled no contest and was sentenced to 104 hours of community service work, get STD education, 2 years probation and required to get an AIDS test.
Part of the probation deal was abiding by the following: “Do not offer to engage and do not engage in any form of sexual activity for money or any other consideration. Do not engage or offer to engage in any sexual activity in a public place or a place open to the public or exposed to public view.”
Now I’m not sure about anyone else, but I would think that a pornographic sex tape that you are being paid for and one that will be sold so the public can view it, sounds like a violation of her probation. Seriously, this girl sounds like she has all sorts of issues. At the tender age of 19 she should be smart enough to do things the right way. You know, go to acting school, getting bit parts, working your way up to fame and fortune. Sadly she thinks that porn is a shortcut to fame. She needs to talk to Bombshell McGee and see how that worked out for her.
Lyndsay Lohan Visitor Restrictions

Lyndsay’s program at the UCLA medical center does not allow visitors other than blood relatives during the first 30 days of her stint there. Before you think that daddy dearest Michael Lohan will be able to visit, there is a catch. Lyndsay has to personally approve each visitor. So far her mom Dina and sister Ali has visited her several times.

If a man is judged by the company he keeps, then Laurence Fishburne must be a good guy. As everyone on the planet is aware, Laurence’s daughter Montana Fishburne decided that her road to fame was taking the Kim Kardashian route. But instead of releasing a home made sex tape, the girl gets involved with Vivid Entertainment and decides to do a porno. Obviously the girl does not have her daddy’s brains. So anyways, apparently his friends got together and hired famous attorney Yale Galanter to approach Vivid with a deal. They wanted to buy up all of her porn DVD’s for a million bucks. Turns out though, they were too late and the DVD’s were already shipped. Vivid’s Steve Hirsch says: “It’s true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved.”
Talk about disrespecting the family name. Shame on Montana.
